F-TEC ATO For CITB
F-TEC have recently become an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) for Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). CITB is the industry training board for the construction sector in England, Scotland, and Wales. It is their job to help the construction industry attract talent and to support skills development, to build a better Britain.
CITB provides grants for construction industry employers who provide training for their workforce. The Grants Scheme helps the industry maintain high standards, making sure people are being trained in the right skills for the industry to thrive. Being an ATO means F-TEC are now part of CITB’s automated grant payments system, making it easier for employers to book courses for their workers and be reimbursed for it.
Karl Baum, Managing Director says, “This latest achievement is further evidence of our commitment to continuous improvement. Being an ATO for CITB enables us to offer invaluable training to the construction industry with our IPAF 3a & 3b a vital course for those operating at height.”
