F-TEC has recently received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) for the Armed Forces.
Karl Baum, Managing Director, says, “F-TEC are proud to support those who serve and we are pleased to announce that we have just received the bronze award.
“We are signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant Pledge. It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.
“We have several members of staff, including trainers, who previously served their country. Their skills and experience are invaluable and transferable to forklift and powered access engineer training. By signing the pledge, we are demonstrating our ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces.”
