Big news from Team F-TEC – last week, we officially received the Investors in People Standard!<\/h2>\n

This award is a fantastic recognition of the culture we\u2019ve built here in Swindon. At F-TEC, we train the next generation of forklift and powered access engineers, and we believe the best way to deliver outstanding training is by investing in our own people first. Achieving the Investors in People Standard proves that commitment, showing that our staff are supported, valued, and given the tools they need to succeed.<\/p>\n

What does this mean for our learners and partners? Quite simply, it means you\u2019re working with a training provider that genuinely cares. From our classrooms to our workshops, we\u2019re focused on creating an environment where people grow, skills flourish, and standards rise.<\/p>\n

This milestone wouldn\u2019t have been possible without the dedication of our amazing team, led by MD Karl Baum and Operations Director Katherine Roberts. We\u2019re proud, we\u2019re excited, and we\u2019re ready to keep pushing forward \u2014 together.<\/p>\n
