F-TEC have just taken delivery of the world\u2019s first dedicated hydrogen training rig at their training centre in Swindon.<\/strong><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”] F-TEC have worked closely with Block Automotive for many years, and they are F-TEC\u2019s primary supplier of bespoke training equipment. Block Automotive have been designing, fabricating and manufacturing vocational training rigs since 1984 and now operates from a 40,000 square foot site situated in 3.5 acres of land located in the centre of Kessingland, Suffolk.<\/p>\n Over the last year, F-TEC and Block Automotive have worked closely together on developing and delivering the purpose-built hydrogen rig. This latest investment will serve as a vital piece of training equipment for those working with hydrogen vehicles.<\/p>\n This cutting-edge addition represents a huge leap forward in F-TEC\u2019s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry innovation and sustainability. As the new, emerging technology in the global transportation industry, hydrogen is rapidly being adopted as a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel and battery-electric powered vehicles. This growth requires engineers who are fully trained in this technology to maintain and repair the equipment.
