Sure, you could poach someone else\u2019s staff – but the chances are they\u2019ll simply move on: selling their skills to the highest bidder. You could train an apprentice and, by doing so, you\u2019ll benefit from someone who\u2019ll be more loyal, less likely to leave and a better advocate for your business.<\/p>\n
But what about now? How do you fill an immediate and critical hole in your operations?<\/p>\n
