Karl Baum, \u201cOne huge part of our engineer training is hands-on, practical experience. With our new digital training, we\u2019re able to replace that with live demonstrations and video content. There is still a need in our industry for new, qualified engineers, despite the current global situation. We\u2019re now able to train these engineers, while saving our clients money.\u201d<br>&nbsp;<br>Apprentice training is also being delivered digitally which is not only COVID-safe, it\u2019s also less expensive as they will not be paying for travel and hotels, and it is easier for their apprentices.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>\u201cThis new training isn\u2019t going to go away when COVID-19 does. We don\u2019t want to start any new processes that we are not going to stick with. Using technology to deliver training remotely is our new standard.\u201d<br>&nbsp;<br>In light of this digital transformation, F-TEC have also invested in developing their website to now take course bookings online, with the new, lower prices. Karl Baum explains, \u201cWith more people working remotely, it is important that we make it easy for businesses to continue to develop their engineers.
