Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent typing skills and good grammar
  • Confident multi-tasking
  • Self-management abilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer telephone/email and deal with enquiries
  • Type letters, quotes etc
  • Maintain filing system
  • Input purchase invoices
  • Update Excel spreadsheets
  • Diary management
  • Ad-hoc duties
